2. Account Registration & Verification

Registering an account with Royal Win requires accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false details may be cancelled and funds forfeited. Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

  • Accurate name, phone number, and payment details must be provided at the time of registration.
  • A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested for account verification.
  • Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method may result in cancellation.
  • Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility; sharing it with anyone else is prohibited.
  • Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.

3. Age & Eligibility Requirements

No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use Royal Win. Registration or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. Any such account found will be closed immediately.

  • Royal Win users must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Citizens of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law are not permitted to use Royal Win.
  • Royal Win may request age verification documents at any time.
  • Registering with a false age will result in forfeiture of all winnings.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposits and withdrawals on Royal Win are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is BDT 200. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

  • Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
  • Withdrawals may only be made via the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Royal Win may place a hold on withdrawals for suspicious transactions until verification is complete.
  • Accounts and funds will be frozen and authorities notified if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Royal Win regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be read before acceptance. Any attempt to abuse bonuses will result in account closure.

  • The welcome bonus applies to the first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
  • A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited and grounds for cancellation.
  • Royal Win reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on Royal Win are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely unbiased and verifiable. There is no manual interference in game results.

  • Any complaints regarding game outcomes must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be resolved based on saved data.
  • If a software error is detected in a game outcome, Royal Win may void the affected bets.
  • If erroneous odds or payouts are detected in any game, the affected bets will be voided and deposits refunded.
  • All game providers' own terms apply, and Royal Win complies with them.

7. Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus arbitrage, bonus hunting, or bonus abuse.
  • Using software bots, hacking tools, or automation to play games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
  • Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to Royal Win's systems.
  • Using another person's account or selling your account.
  • Attempting to exploit known bugs or errors for gain.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Royal Win reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, with or without cause. Users may also request account closure at any time.

  • If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, your balance may be forfeited.
  • If you voluntarily close your account, you may withdraw any remaining balance.
  • Contact support to request self-exclusion and take a break from gaming.
  • A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts with no transactions for 12 months.

9. Privacy & Personal Data Protection

  • Your information will never be sold to third parties.
  • Information may be shared with authorities in cases of legal obligation or fraud investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Royal Win is not liable for any financial losses resulting from gaming. Gaming carries inherent risk, and each user plays at their own responsibility.

  • Royal Win is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or server downtime.
  • Royal Win is not liable for failures by third-party services such as payment gateways or game providers.
  • Royal Win is not liable for any loss resulting from theft of a user's password or account information.
  • Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
